The Black Sterling Vineyard Estate is a 4500 square foot home featuring six private bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa in the separate large screen tv room/den, and a a gourmet kitchen completely equipped for entertaining, a brand new 15 x 30 heated swimming pool for the kids to enjoy, a huge jacuzzi for 8 people with Bose stereo system, lots of outdoor lounging and dining areas with views, and well kept lawns.There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The bright, light, and open interior of this 3 million dollar luxury home is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and multiple sliding doors leading onto the outside verandas. Complete with two dining room tables that seat 6 each, this 5 acre property has over 1 acre of chardonnay grapes planted right on the property!
The estate has spectacular vineyard views from nearly every window, and there is a working Friesian horse ranch on the property, so you also have views of big, black, bold Friesian horses grazing in the pastures! The Vineyard Estate is a 4500 sq ft luxury home (not a party house or appropriate for weddings or receptions), and the estate comfortably sleeps 14, with 6 bedrooms [master has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens, 1 bedroom has two full’s, 1 bedroom has one full, and there is a queen sleeper in the sitting room with the large screen tv], and 4 bathrooms.

AMENITIES
There are two fireplaces, one in the airy kitchen/dining room,that is double sided and also faces the living room, and a large gas fireplace in the romantic master suite. The outside living area features a brand new solar-heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, and manicured lawn. Your family will enjoy the outside entertaining area featuring patio furniture and lounges and tables, and the inside dining room tables accommodates twelve, with the breakfast bar area in the adjoining kitchen seating an additional three people.
There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The entire home is air conditioned. The home has four televisions, two VCR's, and a DVD player. There is a stereo system with cd player in both the master suite AND in the kitchen/great room. We have added a LARGE screen TV in the den, with satellite tv. This luxury home comes with internet access via wireless WiFi in some rooms.
The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the estate's windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and arena nearby. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of the Villa, and not open to the public. Guests may schedule private riding lessons aboard our imported Friesian horses, with the on site dressage trainer.
All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up to 14 people for nightly [two night minimum], weekly, or monthly occupancy... Come to the Black Sterling Estate for a one-of-a-kind incredible Wine Country getaway!! You will LOVE the unique quiet setting with views that never end, in a fabulously furnished exquisite luxury home. The weekly rental rate is $4370 (April1-Nov), and only $3770/week Nov-Mar, including all taxes, and we have a minimum rental fee of $4370 for rentals April 1-October 30. If the Estate is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night, the rate is $975 per night, including tax, with a two night minimum.

Riding lessons on our Friesian horses are available for guests and children. Individual lessons are $60 and may be arranged by calling Janna at

Low Season

$3,770 per week or $600 per night weekdays;
$800 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday)
*Pool is only solar-heated from April 1 - Oct. 1, however the pool has an automatic cover and is open and maintained all year round; heated jacuzzi open year round.
There is a refundable $500 damage deposit and $200 cleaning fee required on all rentals. We provide clean linens and towels.
EVENTS:
These are wonderful luxury homes and great places to stay, not appropriate for weddings or events with more than 35 people in attendance, however events such as weddings, wedding receptions, catered parties, barbeques or gatherings, where 20 to 35 people will be in attendance, including children, is allowed provided that an event fee of $2,500 is paid and permission is granted by Ron or Janna Goldman. Sorry, no more than 35 people allowed on either property for an event/wedding.
